      Hi George

I am looking at pig and human tissue for most of my experiments. We use animal tissue as it is easier and cheaper to get hold of it but we have to validate our experiments using human tissue to make sure they work the same so we can apply what we have found with the animal to humans.

I also do some work on joint replacements which can be made out of different materials but the main ones are metal (cobalt chrome) plastic (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) or ceramic
